Hertz Local Edition seeks a Sales and Service Specialist to facilitate the fastest, easiest rental car experience for Lyft/Uber drivers. You will handle reservations, processing, and post-rental inquiries while ensuring vehicles are clean, fueled, and ready for pickup.

This role emphasizes high-quality customer service, effective communication, and driving revenue through upselling opportunities within a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays.

Responsabilités

• Provide exceptional customer service to Hertz customers and program participants.
• Assist customers with rental reservations and processing, ensuring clean and safe vehicles.
• Handle post-rental inquiries related to rental and billing processes.
• Answer inquiries about the Hertz/Lyft/Uber Rental Car Program and requirements.
• Maximize revenue by proactive upselling after inquiries and overcoming objections.
• Prepare vehicles for pickup, including inspections, cleaning, fueling, and fluids checks.
