Job summary

Comcast Advertising is seeking a full-time Retail Service Associate to support the store team with mobile activations, education, and customer care. You will help customers set up devices, troubleshoot issues, and upsell accessories, while keeping the store clean, organized, and secure.

The role requires high school diploma or equivalent, flexible hours including evenings and weekends, and the ability to lift up to 25 pounds. Excellent communication and a customer-first mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Adjusting to a full time, variable work schedule to meet retail operational needs, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays as necessary (open availability required).
• Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance.
• Ability to carry and/or lift 25-pound boxes, and the ability to stand and move about the store constantly.

Responsibilities

• Mobile Focused Customer Service: Mobile activations & education to provide a white-glove experience and upsell accessories.
• Mobile Escalations: Troubleshoot and resolve device or service issues and assist with secure account access recovery.
• Mobile Support: Help transfer contacts, emails, and media; assist with SIM or eSIM setup and device diagnostics.
• On-Demand Delivery, BAPIS & XM Upsell: fulfill on-demand deliveries and upsell accessories.
• Operations: maintain store appearance, perform quick device swaps, and process returns per policy.
