Job summary

Comcast is seeking a full-time Retail Service Associate to join our in-store team. You will support customers across mobile activation, setup, troubleshooting, and onboarding, while keeping the store clean and organized and delivering a best-in-class experience.

As a RSA, you will help customers with device setup, account security, and upsell accessories, ensuring confident use of Comcast products. Flexibility for days, evenings, weekends, and holidays is required to meet store needs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Open availability required for days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Regular attendance and ability to lift 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Activate devices and guide tablet setup.
• Assist with mobile activations and BYOD.
• Support escalation and troubleshooting.
• Deliver in-store customer service and upsell accessories.
