Job summary

Comcast is seeking a Mobile Retail Service Associate to join our store team. You will activate devices, educate customers on mobile products, troubleshoot issues, and help with on-demand deliveries and upsell opportunities.

You’ll work in a fast-paced environment, ensuring clean, organized displays, and a seamless customer experience from activation to returns, while following company policies and participating in feedback loops to improve service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 0–2 years of relevant work experience.
• Strong communication and customer-focused skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide a white-glove experience activating new devices or BYOD to the network.
• Guide customers through tablet setup and connectivity options.
• Educate customers on accessories and add-ons to drive revenue.
• Troubleshoot and resolve device or service issues.
• Assist customers with transfers, password resets, and account security.
• Ensure store areas and displays are clean and accessible.
