Job summary

Comcast Corporation in Baytown, TX is seeking a Retail Service Associate to support the store team with mobile activations, education, and customer service excellence. You will help activate devices, educate customers on features, and resolve issues to ensure confidence in Comcast products.

Responsibilities include device troubleshooting, account security assistance, and handling returns or exchanges per policy, while maintaining store standards and assisting with on-demand deliveries and upsell

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide white-glove activation of new devices or BYOD and educate customers on accessories.
• Troubleshoot complex device or service issues and assist with account security and recovery.
• Assist with transferring contacts/emails/media and configuring SIM/eSIM for devices.
• Process returns or exchanges in line with policies and assist with warranty claims.
