Job summary

T-Mobile USA, Inc. is hiring a Mobile Expert to join our Retail Team and deliver a best-in-class customer experience. You’ll demonstrate devices and services, uncover customer needs, and drive sales while maintaining brand energy.

As a Mobile Expert, you’ll use digital tools on the floor, complete training, and collaborate with colleagues across channels to meet performance targets and help customers stay connected.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• Experience in retail or customer-facing roles preferred.
• Able to learn and use store systems.

Responsibilities

• Serving and selling to our customers, while providing a best in class customer experience and building loyalty
• Consistently leverages digital tools in interactions and onboarding
• Completes training on T-Mobile in-store experience, new skills and processes, knowledge of systems and reference resources
• Makes the most of their time on shift, consistently seeking out information between customers, learning about innovations in wireless and technology
• Partners with T-Mobile employees across channels, including business and customer service
