Job summary

T-Mobile USA, Inc. is seeking Mobile Experts to join our Retail Team of Experts. You will engage customers, demonstrate devices and services, and drive sales while delivering a best-in-class experience in-store.

As a Mobile Expert, you will learn products, use digital tools to assist customers, and collaborate with colleagues to meet performance metrics and service standards. Salary includes base pay with incentives and robust benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• 30 days T-Mobile Mobile Associate experience preferred.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience in retail preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serving and selling to our customers, while providing a best in class customer experience and building loyalty
• Consistently leverages digital tools in interactions and onboarding
• Completes training on T-Mobile in-store experience, new skills and processes, knowledge of systems and reference resources
• Makes the most of their time on shift, consistently seeking out information between customers, learning about innovations in wireless and technology
• Partners with T-Mobile employees across channels, including business and customer service
