Job summary

T-Mobile USA, Inc. is seeking Mobile Experts to join our Retail Team and bring the T-Mobile brand to life. You will be a brand ambassador who creates energy around our products and services, uncovering customer needs and educating them on device and service solutions.

You will meet performance targets in sales, customer experience and quality of sale metrics while leveraging digital tools. The role offers strong growth, with stock grants, an Employee Stock Purchase Plan, a 401(k) and paid time

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED (Required)
• 30 days T-Mobile Mobile Associate experience (Preferred)
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment (Preferred)

Responsibilities

• Serving and selling to our customers, while providing a best in class customer experience and building loyalty
• Consistently leverages digital tools in interactions and onboarding
• Completes training on T-Mobile in-store experience, new skills and processes, knowledge of systems and reference resources
• Makes the most of their time on shift, consistently seeking out information between customers, learning about innovations in wireless and technology
• Partners with T-Mobile employees across channels, including business and customer service
