Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience in retail preferred.
• Knowledge of change agility, communication, and customer service is required.

Responsibilities

• Serve and sell to customers while delivering a best-in-class experience.
• Leverage digital tools in interactions and onboarding.
• Complete in-store training on experience, skills, and processes.
• Learn about innovations in wireless and technology.
