Job summary

T-Mobile is hiring Mobile Experts to join our Retail Team of Experts, delivering a best-in-class customer experience while driving sales and loyalty through education and demonstrations of devices and services.

In this role you will learn and use T-Mobile tools, participate in ongoing training, and collaborate with colleagues across channels to meet performance targets and deliver energy and excitement in-store.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED (Required)
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment (Preferred)
• 30 days T-Mobile Mobile Associate experience (Preferred)

Responsibilities

• Serving and selling to our customers, while providing a best in class customer experience and building loyalty
• Consistently leverages digital tools in interactions and onboarding
• Completes training on T-Mobile in-store experience, new skills and processes, knowledge of systems and reference resources
• Makes the most of their time on shift, consistently seeking out information between customers, learning about innovations in wireless and technology
• Partners with T-Mobile employees across channels, including business and customer service
