Job summary

T-Mobile USA, Inc. is seeking Mobile Experts to join our Retail Team of Experts. You will be a brand ambassador who energizes customers with energy and excitement around our products and services, educating and recommending solutions while meeting performance targets.

You will leverage digital tools, complete in-store training, and collaborate with teams across channels to deliver a best-in-class experience and drive loyalty.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED (Required).
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment (Preferred).
• 30 days T-Mobile Mobile Associate experience (Preferred).

Responsibilities

• Serving and selling to our customers, while providing a best in class customer experience and building loyalty
• Consistently leverages digital tools in interactions and onboarding
• Completes training on T-Mobile in-store experience, new skills and processes, knowledge of systems and reference resources
• Makes the most of their time on shift, consistently seeking out information between customers, learning about innovations in wireless and technology
• Partners with T-Mobile employees across channels, including business and customer service
