• Escalations: troubleshoot complex issues and recover accounts.
• Mobile Support: assist with transfers, resets, activations, and diagnostics.
• On-Demand Delivery: handle Xfinity Mobile on-demand deliveries and upsell accessories.
• Operations: maintain store cleanliness, merchandising, and smooth workflows.
