Job summary

Comcast is seeking a full-time Retail Service Associate to support the store team with mobile activations, education, troubleshooting and customer service. You will be a go-to technical resource, helping to maintain a clean store environment, assist with activations, account security, and upsell accessories to enhance the customer experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Adjusting to a full time, variable work schedule to meet retail operational needs, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays as necessary (open availability required).
• Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance.
• Ability to carry and/or lift 25-pound boxes, and the ability to stand and move about the store constantly.

Responsibilities

• Activate devices and BYOD onboarding with a white-glove experience.
• Guide tablet setup and connectivity options for customers.
• Assist with wearables setup and activation.
• Educate customers on accessories and upsell opportunities.
• Troubleshoot device or service issues and assist with account security and recovery.
• Process returns or exchanges in accordance with policies and handle warranty claims when needed.
• Support on-demand deliveries and upsell accessories to enhance value.
• Maintain clean, accessible counters, displays, and walkways in the store.
