You will be the go-to technical and operational resource, assisting with activations, education, troubleshooting, and escalations while maintaining a clean and efficient store environment. This role emphasizes customer support and upsell opportunities in a dynamic retail setting.

Qualifikationen

• Handle on-demand deliveries and upsell accessories where appropriate.
• Support check-in and demonstrations to boost customer value.
