NFIB is seeking a Membership Sales Representative for face-to-face, community-based outreach. You will meet small business owners where they are, share NFIB's impact, and invite them to join a national movement advocating on their behalf.

You will be responsible for delivering a concise five-minute presentation, building rapid rapport, handling objections, and closing enrollments in a single visit. This is a hunter/closer role with a proven sales model and uncapped earning potential.

Qualifications

• Experience in direct sales or door-to-door/face-to-face outreach preferred.
• Ability to present a concise five-minute sales pitch with confidence.

Responsibilities

• Engage directly with small business owners through in-person prospecting (no appointment setting).
• Deliver NFIB's proven, 5-minute sales presentation with confidence, authenticity, and urgency.
• Build fast rapport and communicate NFIB's mission clearly and compellingly.
• Address objections and close membership enrollments in one visit.
• Process membership payments on the spot.
