Job summary

NFIB is seeking a Membership Sales Representative to engage small business owners in-person and invite them to join a national movement advocating on their behalf.

You'll deliver NFIB’s concise sales presentation, build rapport, handle objections, and close enrollments in a single visit. This hunter/closer role offers uncapped earning potential through commissions and bonuses, with full benefits as a W-2 employee.

Qualifications

• Face-to-face sales experience is valuable but not required.
• Must be coachable and able to follow a proven sales process.
• Strong work ethic with resilience and drive.

Responsibilities

• Engage directly with small business owners through in-person prospecting (no appointment setting).
• Deliver NFIB’s proven, 5-minute sales presentation with confidence and urgency.
• Build fast rapport and communicate NFIB’s mission clearly.
• Address objections and close membership enrollments in one visit.
• Process membership payments on the spot.
