This hunter/closer role offers full benefits after 30 days, training pay, weekly commissions, and uncapped earning potential, with typical annual compensation ranging from $80,000 to $200,000 as you grow.

Qualifications

• Sales experience is helpful—but not required.
• Strong communication and persuasion skills are a plus.
• Willingness to follow a proven sales process.

Responsibilities

• Engage directly with small business owners through in-person prospecting (no appointment setting).
• Deliver NFIB’s proven, 5-minute sales presentation with confidence, authenticity, and urgency.
• Build fast rapport and communicate NFIB’s mission clearly and compellingly.
• Address objections and close membership enrollments in one visit.
• Process membership payments on the spot.
