Job summary

Stratis Group is seeking an Access & Reimbursement Manager for the Midwest. This field-based role educates providers on payer requirements, reimbursement processes, and patient access resources to support approved access.

You will develop a territory access plan, coordinate with cross-functional teams, monitor payer policies, and ensure compliant ROE usage. Travel 50-80% across multiple states to support client programs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Managed Care, Field Reimbursement, Patient Services, or related sales/office practice management
• 4-year degree in related field or equivalent experience
• Cardiovascular/Cardiology and hospital systems experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a territory access plan and prioritize accounts
• Coordinate with sales, market access, patient services, hub/specialty pharmacy partners
• Document activities in CRM and monitor payer policies and formulary coverage
• Provide education to providers on access processes, prior authorizations, appeals, and denials
• Maintain ROE-compliant engagement and ensure proper use of client-approved materials
• Identify access insights and communicate payer trends to internal teams
• Report adverse events and reimbursement challenges per client policy
