Job summary

Stratis Group in Detroit, MI is seeking an Access & Reimbursement Manager to lead field-based payer education, patient access support, and reimbursement strategies for cardiovascular products. You will educate providers on payer requirements, prior authorizations, and access resources while coordinating with sales and hub partners.

You will travel 3–4 days a week within the territory, develop territory access plans, and document activities in the CRM, while maintaining ROE-compliant practices

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Managed Care, Field Reimbursement, or related areas.
• 4-year degree or equivalent experience.
• Travel 3-4 days/week within territory.
• Knowledge of CMS policies and Medicare Part D.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily activities to support patient access in provider offices and coordinate with access partners.
• Provide education on Retail Pharmacy drug Prior Authorizations, Appeals, and Denials.
• Provide in-person customer visits.
• Participate in client meetings and cross-functional calls; log activities in CRM.
• Serve as local access expert for geography; monitor payer policy and formulary coverage.
• Communicate changes and field insights to internal stakeholders.
• Identify access barriers and suggest improvements.
