Job summary

Stratis Group is seeking an Access & Reimbursement Manager for a field-based role in the Phoenix, AZ area. You will educate provider offices on payer requirements, reimbursement processes, and access resources to support patient care.

You will develop territory plans, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and ensure compliant access activities while navigating ROE guidelines and PHI usage as authorized.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Managed Care, Field Reimbursement, Patient Services, or related areas.
• Experience with Retail or Specialty Pharmacy reimbursement is a plus.
• Strong understanding of payer landscape and prior authorization workflows.
• Ability to educate providers and office staff on access processes.
• Travel readiness to cover assigned territory (Arizona) as needed.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute territory access plans to optimize patient access.
• Educate providers on payer requirements, prior authorizations, denials, and appeals.
• Coordinate with sales, hub partners, and market access functions.
• Document activities and insights in the CRM per ROE.
• Provide compliant, consultative access support to HCPs and staff.
