Job summary

Stratis Group is seeking an Access & Reimbursement Manager for a contracted, field-based role across a defined territory. The ARM educates provider offices on payer requirements, reimbursement processes, and access resources to support patient access for cardiovascular products.

Responsibilities include developing territory access plans, coordinating with sales and hub partners, and documenting activities in the CRM. Occasional in-person visits and ROE-aligned engagement are required.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years in managed care, field reimbursement, patient services, or related areas.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
  • Experience with Medicare/Part D and payer policies is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a territory access plan and educate providers on payer requirements.
  • Coordinate with sales, market access, patient services, and hub partners.
  • Document activities in the CRM platform and monitor payer policy changes.
  • Provide in-person visits and education on prior authorizations, denials, and appeals.
  • Act as the access and reimbursement expert for the assigned geography.
  • Ensure compliant engagement within ROE and client-approved materials.
  • Communicate field insights to internal stakeholders and support program design.
