Job summary

Stratis Group is seeking an Access & Reimbursement Manager to serve as a dedicated access resource within an assigned territory. You will educate provider offices on payer requirements, reimbursement processes, and patient support services, with a focus on provider settings in the cardiovascular space.

You will develop and execute a territory access plan, coordinate with matrix stakeholders, document activities in the CRM, and travel 3-4 days per week to client sites and pharmacies, ensuring ROE

Qualifications

• 3+ years in managed care, field reimbursement, or related roles.
• Bachelor degree or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of CMS Part D beneficial.
• Willingness to travel 3-4 days/week.

Responsibilities

• Educate provider offices on payer requirements and reimbursement processes.
• Develop territory access plans and coordinate with matrix stakeholders.
• Educate HCPs on patient services and copay programs.
• Maintain CRM activity and compliant with ROE.
