Job summary

The Stratis Group is seeking an Access & Reimbursement Manager to cover a defined territory in the United States. This field-based role educates provider offices on payer requirements, reimbursement processes, and approved access resources to support patient access for cardiovascular products.

Responsibilities include developing a territory access plan, coordinating with sales, market access, and hub partners, and documenting activities in the CRM. Travel 3–4 days/week within the territory.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in managed care, field reimbursement, patient services, and/or sales in healthcare.
  • 4-year degree in related field or equivalent experience.
  • Ability to travel 3–4 days per week and reside within the territory.
  • Knowledge of CMS policies and Part D; cardiovascular experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a territory access plan coordinating with sales, market access, and hub partners.
  • Educate provider offices on payer requirements, reimbursement processes, and ROE compliance.
  • Provide in-person visits and document activities in the CRM.
  • Monitor payer policy changes and share field insights with internal teams.
  • Assist patients with access resources and issue resolution per client policy.
