Job summary

Stratis Group is seeking an Access & Reimbursement Manager to act as the field-based access expert within a defined territory. You will educate provider offices on payer requirements, reimbursement processes, and patient access resources to optimize outcomes.

The role requires developing a territory access plan, coordinating with sales, market access, patient services, and hub partners, and logging activities in the CRM while adhering to ROE guidelines.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Managed Care, Field Reimbursement, Patient Services, and/or Sales or healthcare provider office practice management
• 4-year degree in related field or equivalent experience
• Cardiovascular/Cardiology and Hospital Healthcare Systems experience a plus
• Travel 3-4 days per week within the territory, with overnights as needed

Responsibilities

• Educate offices on access processes, payer requirements, and reimbursement pathways
• Develop and execute a territory access plan with key stakeholders
• Coordinate with sales, market access, patient services, and hub partners
• Document activities in the approved CRM platform and maintain ROE compliance
• Provide in-person visits and education to providers and staff
