Job summary

Stratis Group is seeking an Access & Reimbursement Manager for a field-based role across a dedicated territory. You will educate provider offices on payer requirements, reimbursement processes, and patient access resources, while coordinating with sales and hub partners.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Managed Care, Field Reimbursement, Patient Services, and/or Sales
• 4-year degree or equivalent experience
• Cardiovascular/Cardiology and Hospital healthcare systems experience a plus
• Willingness to travel 3-4 days per week within the territory
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Experience educating providers on access processes and patient service programs
• Familiarity with Retail and Specialty Pharmacy payer landscapes and ROE compliance
• Ability to manage ambiguity and coordinate with cross-functional teams
• Proficiency in documenting activities in a CRM system
• Valid Driver’s License

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a territory access plan to optimize payer access and patient coverage
• Educate provider offices on payer requirements and reimbursement processes
• Conduct in-person visits and participate in client meetings
• Collaborate with sales, market access, and hub partners while maintaining ROE compliance
• Monitor payer policy changes, formulary coverage, and access pathways
• Provide office education on access processes and reimbursement criteria
• Identify field access insights and communicate them to internal stakeholders
• Report adverse events or product issues as required
