Job summary

Stratis Group seeks an Access & Reimbursement Manager to act as a dedicated access resource in a field-based role within a defined territory. You will educate provider offices on payer requirements, reimbursement processes, and approved patient services, while coordinating with sales, market access and hub partners.

You will develop territory plans, prioritize accounts, ensure compliant ROE usage, and document activities in the approved CRM platform.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in managed care, field reimbursement, patient services, or related sales.
• Four-year degree or equivalent experience.
• Cardiovascular/Cardiology or hospital healthcare systems experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Educate provider offices on payer requirements and reimbursement processes.
• Develop and execute territory access plans and document activity in CRM.
• Coordinate with sales, market access, patient services, and hub partners.
• Monitor payer policy, formulary coverage, and prior authorization trends.
• Provide office education on access pathways and patient service programs.
• Travel within territory 3–4 days per week, with overnights as needed.
