Job summary

Stratis Group is seeking an Access & Reimbursement Manager for a field-based role delivering payer education and access services across a defined territory. You will educate provider offices on reimbursement processes, prior authorizations, denials, and patient support programs, while coordinating with sales, market access, and hub partners to optimize patient access.

This position requires travel 3–4 days per week in the assigned territory.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Managed Care, Field Reimbursement, Patient Services, or related sales roles
• 4-year degree in related field or equivalent experience
• Experience with cardiovascular/heath system environments is a plus

Responsibilities

• Educate provider offices on payer requirements, reimbursement processes, and patient support services
• Develop and execute territory access plans; prioritize accounts and coordinate with cross-functional teams
• Provide in-person visits and input activities into CRM
• Monitor payer policy, formulary coverage, and utilization management trends
• Communicate changes and field insights to internal teams in a compliant manner
