Job summary

Facilisgroup, a premier growth partner for promotional products distributors, seeks an Account Executive in the US. You’ll own the full sales cycle from discovery to close, targeting mid-market SaaS clients, and collaborating with engineering, SDR, and marketing to accelerate pipeline.

The role emphasizes value-based selling, MEDDPICC framework use, and quota attainment with uncapped commissions in a high-velocity environment. Remote consideration for top candidates is noted.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of SaaS sales experience, preferably mid-market
• Proven ability to meet or exceed quota in a high-velocity outbound motion
• Experience managing multi-stakeholder sales cycles (CFOs, Owners, Ops)
• Strong discovery, storytelling, and value-based selling skills
• Familiarity with MEDDPICC, Challenger, or similar enterprise frameworks

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle from discovery to close: prospecting, discovery, demos, proposal, negotiation, close
• Lead tailored discovery calls aligned to MEDDPICC or similar frameworks
• Educate potential partners on how our tech, services, and network drive long-term growth
• Manage opportunities in HubSpot CRM with clean forecasting and clear next steps
• Collaborate with Sales Engineers, SDRs, and Marketing to accelerate pipeline
• Exceed monthly and quarterly targets and help the team do the same
