Steer CRM is hiring an Account Executive for the Midmarket segment in the United States (Remote). You will own the full sales cycle, build your own pipeline, and lead multi-stakeholder deals across owners, operations, and finance to close multi-location accounts.

You will work with a CRO on mid-market playbooks, forecast accurately, and drive measurable business impact via MRR and rooftops growth. We offer comprehensive benefits and a flexible remote setup.

Qualifications

• Experience in closing SaaS deals with full sales cycle.
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding quota.
• Strong discovery and needs-analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close with multi-location accounts.
• Build and manage a pipeline targeting 4-10 shop groups.
• Sell to multi-thread buying groups including owners, ops, finance.
