Employ is seeking a high-energy sales professional to own the full sales cycle within a remote-first US-based team. You will drive revenue growth by prospecting, qualifying, and closing mid-market opportunities, while collaborating with SDRs, Marketing, Sales Engineering, and Customer Success to build a robust pipeline.

In this role, you will execute outbound prospecting, deliver compelling demos, and navigate multi-threaded cycles to exceed targets.

Qualifications

• 3-7+ years of quota-carrying SaaS sales experience.
• Proven success generating pipeline and closing mid-market deals.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and business acumen.

Responsibilities

• Execute high-volume outbound activity including cold calling.
• Deliver product demos and navigate multi-threaded sales cycles.
• Maintain accurate forecasting and exceed revenue targets.
