Arrow Senior Living in Ballwin, MO is seeking a Memory Care Support Partner for part-time evening shifts (3:00pm–11:00pm), $18–$26.25 per hour. You’ll advocate empathy, observe residents, and help create daily life plans while ensuring safety and comfort in memory care neighborhoods.

Requirements include 18+, HS diploma, English proficiency, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds; computer skills for documenting care and scheduling; criminal clearance is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read, write, understand and communicate in English with residents.
• Positive, energetic attitude toward residents.
• Basic computer skills to print documents and enter information.
• Must be able to stand, walk, bend, kneel and stoop all day.
• Must be able to lift/move up to 50 pounds.
• Criminal clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Advocate empathy by creating human connection with residents during vulnerable moments.
• Observe residents to discover interests and abilities and develop engagement plans.
• Create and manage mise en scène by preparing dining rooms, libraries and resident rooms for activities and routines.
• Partner with residents to support daily life from wake to sleep.
• Document resident care and changes in condition.
• Assist with orientation of memory care team members.
