Arrow Senior Living is seeking a Memory Care Support Partner for a part-time role in Lee's Summit, MO. The position offers Friday and Saturday shifts from 3:00pm to 11:00pm with a pay range of $18.50 to $28 per hour.

Qualifications

• Must understand residents’ needs with empathy and communicate effectively.
• Ability to observe residents and develop engagement plans tailored to individual interests.
• Knowledge of setting up spaces and routines to support daily life and events.

Responsibilities

• Advocate empathy and build human connections with residents in vulnerable moments.
• Observe residents to identify interests and abilities and create engagement plans.
• Master the Mise en Scene by preparing dining rooms, libraries, and rooms for activities.
• Serve as Life Partner by supporting residents through daily routines from morning to night.
• Document resident care accurately and note changes in condition.
• Orient new memory care team members to neighborhood workflows.
