Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to read, write, understand and communicate in English with residents.
• Positive, energetic attitude focused on residents.

Responsibilities

• Advocate of empathy: build human connections with residents during vulnerable moments.
• Patient observer: learn residents' interests and create engagement plans.
• Master of the Mise en Scène: set the stage for daily activities and routines.
• Life Partner: support residents throughout daily activities from waking to bedtime.
• Document resident care and changes in condition accurately.
• Orient memory care teammates to neighborhood workflows.
