Arrow Senior Living is seeking a Part-Time Care Partner in Ballwin, MO. The role includes assisting residents with daily living activities, providing compassionate care, and supporting a home-like, empathetic environment.

Pay ranges from $17 to $22.75 per hour, with a schedule that includes 7:00pm–7:00am shifts. Applicants must be 18+, have a high school diploma or equivalent, and be capable of lifting up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Read, write, understand, and communicate in English with residents.
• Positive and energetic attitude toward residents and team.
• Computer skills to print documents and enter information.
• Active role requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping.
• Ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
• Criminal background cleared.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADL).
• Aid residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating and oral care.
• Support residents after a fall and ensure safety.
• Create an inclusive, positive environment through teamwork and care.
