Arrow Senior Living is seeking a Memory Care Support Partner for a part-time role in Columbia, MO. The 3:00pm–11:00pm shift includes Fridays and Saturdays, with a pay range of $20–$25 per hour at our Westbury location in Columbia, MO.

The role emphasizes empathy, resident engagement, and teamwork, offering opportunities to grow within a caring, home-like environment that values residents and staff alike.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Able to read, write, understand, and communicate in English with residents.
• Positive, energetic attitude and love for residents.
• Able to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and stoop all day; lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must be criminally cleared.

Responsibilities

• Create human connections with residents during their most vulnerable moments.
• Observe residents to identify interests and abilities and help implement engagement plans.
• Support Mise en Scène by preparing spaces and environments for daily activities and events.
• Partner with residents to assist with daily living from waking to bedtime.
• Document resident care and changes in condition accurately and timely.
• Assist with orientation of memory care team members.
