Arrow Senior Living is seeking a Memory Care Support Partner in Columbia, MO. This part-time role focuses on empathy, resident observation, and personalized engagement to enrich daily life for memory care residents.

You will document care and assist with team orientation, while maintaining a safe, compassionate environment. Lifting up to 50 pounds is required; English communication with residents is essential.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• English reading, writing and speaking ability with residents.
• Positive and energetic attitude toward residents.
• Basic computer skills to print documents and enter resident data.
• Role requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling and stooping all day.
• Ability to lift/move up to 50 pounds.
• Must be criminally cleared.

Responsibilities

• Advocate empathy and create human connections with residents during vulnerable moments.
• Observe residents to identify interests and abilities; collaborate on engagement plans.
• Prepare the environment for daily activities and events, guiding residents through routines.
• Partner with residents to support daily life from waking to bedtime.
• Document resident care and monitor changes in condition.
• Assist with orientation for memory care team members.
