Arrow Senior Living in St. Charles, MO is seeking a Memory Care Support Partner on a part-time basis to enrich residents' daily life through compassionate engagement and attentive care.

The role emphasizes empathy, resident observation, environment setup, accurate documentation, and teamwork to support memory care neighborhoods. Monday and Sunday shifts are included with a pay range of $18–$26.25 per hour.

Qualifications

• You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• You can read, write, understand, and communicate in English with residents.
• Positive and energetic attitude towards residents.
• Basic computer skills to print documents and enter information.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and stoop all day.
• Ability to frequently lift and move items up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking, including after a fall.
• Criminal background cleared.

Responsibilities

• Advocate empathy and create human connections with residents during vulnerable moments.
• Observe residents to discover interests and abilities and develop engagement plans.
• Set the scene for daily activities by preparing dining rooms, libraries, and resident rooms.
• Partner with residents to support daily life from waking to sleeping.
• Document resident care and changes in condition accurately.
• Assist orientation of team members within memory care neighborhoods.
