Arrow Senior Living in Joplin, MO is seeking a Memory Care Support Partner for a part-time role. You will engage residents with empathy, observe interests, and help craft meaningful daily activities while maintaining accurate care documentation.

This position involves coordinating with memory care teams to ensure safe, compassionate resident experiences. Starting wage is $18 per hour with a benefits package including 401(k) match, medical/dental/vision, and tuition reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old and have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read, write and communicate in English with residents.
• Positive, energetic attitude with love for residents.
• Print documents and enter information using a computer.
• Physical activity including standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Criminal background cleared.

Responsibilities

• Advocate empathy and create human connections during vulnerable moments.
• Observe residents to uncover interests and abilities for engagement plans.
• Set up environments to support daily activities and events.
• Partner with residents to support daily life from wake to sleep.
• Document resident care and changes in condition accurately.
• Assist orientation of memory care team members.
