Arrow Senior Living in Ballwin, MO is seeking a Memory Care Support Partner for a part-time evening shift (Friday and Saturday, 3:00pm–11:00pm). You will advocate empathy, observe residents, and help create engaging daily activities while ensuring safety and quality of life.

The ideal candidate is 18+, has a high school diploma or equivalent, can read and speak English with residents, and brings a positive, energetic attitude and basic computer skills.

Qualifications

• You must be at least eighteen (18) years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• You must be able to read, write, understand, and communicate in English with residents.
• Positive and energetic attitude to love residents.
• Ability to use a computer to print documents and enter information about residents.
• Role requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling and stooping all day.
• Ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
• Assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking, including after a fall.
• Criminal background clearance is required.

Responsibilities

• Advocate for empathy and create human connections with residents during vulnerable moments.
• Observe residents to identify interests and abilities and collaborate on engagement plans.
• Create a safe and welcoming environment through mise en scène across daily activities.
• Act as Life Partner by supporting residents throughout daily routines from wake to sleep.
• Document resident care and changes in condition accurately.
• Assist orientation of care team members within memory care neighborhoods.
