Arrow Senior Living in Lee's Summit, MO is seeking a Memory Care Support Partner for Friday and Saturday, 3:00pm–11:00pm. The part-time role pays $18.50–$28 per hour and focuses on empathy, resident engagement, and safe daily care in a home-like setting.

You will document care, help orient memory care teammates, and support residents from wake-up to bedtime. Requires 18+, HS diploma, English, basic computer skills, physical stamina, and clear background.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Able to read, write, and communicate in English with residents.
• Positive, energetic attitude toward residents.
• Basic computer skills to print and enter resident information.
• Must be physically active and able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Criminal background clearance.

Responsibilities

• Document resident care and changes in condition.
• Assist with orientation of team members in memory care neighborhoods.
• Engage residents with empathy and individualized activities.
