Arrow Senior Living is seeking a Memory Care Support Partner for the Ballwin, MO location. This part-time role handles evening shifts from 3:00pm to 11:00pm, with a pay range of $18 to $26.25 per hour, supporting residents with empathy and daily activities.

The caregiver will document care, engage residents, and collaborate with the memory care team to ensure a safe, respectful, and homelike environment for residents and families.

Qualifications

• Age 18+.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Able to read, write, understand, and communicate in English.
• Positive and energetic attitude toward residents.
• Ability to operate a computer to print documents and enter information.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel and stoop all day.
• Able to frequently lift/move up to 50 pounds.
• Criminal background cleared.

Responsibilities

• Provide empathetic engagement and human connection with residents.
• Observe residents to learn interests and abilities; create engagement plans.
• Set up environments to support daily life (mise en scène) and routines.
• Partner with residents to support daily activities from wake to sleep.
• Document resident care and changes in condition.
• Assist with orientation of memory care team members.
