Arrow Senior Living in Kansas City, MO, is seeking a Memory Care Support Partner to provide compassionate care and advocacy for residents. This full-time role supports memory care neighborhoods, helps create engaging activities, and documents changes in residents' conditions.

You’ll collaborate with the team, orient new staff, and ensure safety while maintaining dignity. The position offers a stable schedule, with an evening shift from 3:00pm to 11:00pm and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older
• High school diploma or equivalent
• English literacy with residents
• Positive, energetic attitude toward residents
• Computer skills to print and enter information
• Able to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and stoop all day
• Capability to lift/move up to 50 pounds
• Criminal background cleared

Responsibilities

• Advocate empathy by building human connections with residents during vulnerable moments
• Act as a Patient Observer to understand residents' interests and abilities and implement engagement plans
• Master the Mise en Scène by preparing dining rooms, libraries, and resident rooms for daily activities and routines
• Be a Life Partner by supporting residents from wake to sleep across daily activities
• Document resident care and changes in condition accurately and timely
• Assist with orientation of memory care neighborhood team members
