This is a W-2 role with paid training, full benefits, and an uncapped commission & bonus plan. You’ll work across local markets including DC and state capitals, with mileage reimbursement and a structured sales

Qualifications

• You thrive under pressure and see rejection as a step to yes.
• Able to rapidly adapt and overcome objections.
• Experience in sales, military leadership, education, or small business ownership is welcomed.

Responsibilities

• Prospect by conducting in-person cold calls to meet small business owners.
• Deliver NFIB’s 5-minute sales presentation with confidence.
• Close memberships using an assumptive one-call close and process payments.
• Educate owners on NFIB advocacy in DC and state capitals.
