National Federation of Independent Business (NFIB) is seeking an Elite Outside Sales Advocate to grow membership in local markets. This hunter/closer role spends ~95% of time in the field meeting small business owners, with a hybrid work environment.

You’ll receive paid training, full benefits, and an uncapped commission and bonus plan; a W-2 position with mileage reimbursement and a structured sales model.

Responsibilities

• Prospecting: Conduct in-person cold calls to meet small business owners (no appointment setting).
• The NFIB Presentation: Master and deliver our success-proven, 5-minute verbatim sales presentation.
• The Close: Use an assumptive one-call close to enroll new members and process payments on the spot.
• Advocacy: Educate owners on how NFIB protects their rights in Washington, D.C., and your state capital.
