Job summary

NFIB is seeking the Elite Outside Sales Advocate to join the Voice of Small Business. This field-based role spends 95% of time in the local market meeting small business owners, with a hybrid work setup and no fixed office location.

You'll receive comprehensive training, full benefits, and an uncapped commission/bonus plan designed for top performers, plus a structured sales model and opportunities to impact policy nationwide.

Responsibilities

• Prospecting: in-person cold calls to meet small business owners (no appointments).
• Deliver NFIB’s 5-minute verbatim sales presentation to prospects.
• Close: enroll new members and process payments on the spot.
• Educate owners on NFIB protections in DC and at state capitals.
