NFIB is seeking an Elite Outside Sales Advocate to grow membership in local markets. This Hunter/Closer role is field-based with the office defined by where you work. Expect uncapped commissions, a W-2 with full benefits, and structured training to master a proven sales model.

You’ll prospect, present a concise five-minute pitch, close memberships on the spot, and advocate NFIB’s position in Washington, DC and state capitals. The path rewards results and persistence.

Qualifications

• Own or manage a business or territory with accountability.
• Proven ability to conduct in-person meetings with small business owners.
• Fast learner who masters a proven sales model.
• Passion for NFIB mission to protect small business.
• Proficient with digital sales tools.

Responsibilities

• Prospecting: conduct in-person cold calls with small business owners.
• Deliver NFIB’s 5-minute sales presentation verbatim.
• Close: enroll new members and process payments on the spot.
• Advocacy: educate owners on NFIB's protections in DC and state capitals.
