NFIB is seeking an Elite Outside Sales Advocate to join the Voice of Small Business in a field-based role. You will spend ~95% of your time in the local market, meeting small business owners to grow NFIB membership and close memberships on the spot.

The role offers paid training, full benefits, and an uncapped commission/bonus plan, with a structured sales model. This is a mission-driven position serving small businesses across markets.

• Entrepreneurial background or sales ownership experience.
• Relational grit to conduct face-to-face cold calls and build rapport with small business owners.
• Coach mentality with a drive for continuous improvement and learning a proven sales model.
• Mission-driven mindset, comfortable in advocacy and in-field sales across markets.

Mansioni

• Prospect in-person cold calls to meet small business owners in the local market (no appointment setting).
• Deliver NFIB’s 5-minute verbatim sales presentation and demonstrations.
• Close memberships and process payments on the spot using an assumptive one-call close.
• Educate owners on NFIB advocacy and how it protects small business rights in DC and state capitals.
