Job summary

NFIB seeks an Elite Outside Sales Advocate to join the Voice of Small Business. This hunter/closer will build NFIB membership through face-to-face meetings with small business owners in the field, operating in a hybrid work environment.

You will receive paid training, full benefits, and an uncapped commission plan, with robust earning potential as you advocate for small businesses and drive NFIB membership nationwide.

Qualifications

• Entrepreneurial mindset with ownership of results.
• Strong interpersonal skills for face-to-face sales.
• Ability to learn and follow a proven sales process.
• Resilience under pressure and effective objection handling.
• Experience with digital sales tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prospect in-person small business owners (no appointment setting).
• Master and deliver NFIB's 5-minute sales presentation.
• Close members and process on-the-spot payments.
• Educate owners on NFIB advocacy in DC and state capitals.
