This hunter/closer role offers uncapped commissions, paid training, and full benefits. You’ll operate across national and state levels with a flexible field-focused schedule.

Qualifications

• You’ve owned a business, run a department, or managed a territory as if it were your own.
• Relational grit to conduct face-to-face cold calls and build instant rapport with small business owners.
• Coach mentality: you value continuous improvement and thrive on mastering a proven sales model.
• Mission-driven: you are growing the Voice of Small Business and understand advocacy work in DC and capitals.

Responsibilities

• Prospecting: conduct in-person cold calls to meet small business owners (no appointment setting).
• The NFIB presentation: master and deliver the 5-minute verbatim sales pitch.
• The close: enroll new members and process payments on the spot.
• Advocacy: educate owners on NFIB's rights protections in DC and your state capital.
