NFIB, the Voice of Small Business, seeks an Elite Outside Sales Advocate to grow NFIB membership through direct, in-person engagement with independent business owners. You’ll leverage a proven sales model, deliver a concise presentation, and close memberships on the spot.

This Hunter/Closer role offers uncapped commissions, comprehensive benefits, paid training, and a structured path to leadership while you impact communities across the nation and in state capitals.

Responsibilities

• Prospecting: conduct in-person cold calls to meet small business owners (no appointment setting).
• The NFIB Presentation: master and deliver our 5-minute sales presentation.
• The Close: use an assumptive one-call close to enroll new members and process payments on the spot.
• Advocacy: educate owners on NFIB protections in DC and state capitals.
